  • Step 2: Check Transaction History
    • Once logged in, go to the “View All” option to see your transaction history.
    • Identify the transaction in question (e.g., a failed transfer) and check the status of the payment.

      1. By Violation Number – If you have the violation number.
      2. By Violator ID – If you prefer using the ID linked to the violation, usually your Iqama number.

    • After entering the required information, click “Next.”
    • A confirmation code will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter this code to confirm the refund request.
  • Step 5: Track Your Refund Request
    • Go back to the “MOI Refunds” section and click on “Refund Request History.”
    • Here, you can check the status of your refund. It will show as either “Pending” or “Completed.”
    • If it’s “Pending,” your request is still being processed. Once it’s completed, the status will show “Completed,” and the refunded amount will appear in your account.
